Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat by one week prior to the conference.
Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
Cancellations received less than one week before the start of the conference will receive a full refund less a 10% administration fee.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after one week prior to the congress.
Substitute representatives will be accepted at no cost.
